Questions, answered.
The essentials about creating, signing, paying for and delivering a GreetingHQ card.
Everything needed to get a card from the first idea to the final delivery.
What is GreetingHQ?
GreetingHQ is an online group-card service. One person creates the card, then friends, family or colleagues use the signing link to add messages, photos, GIFs, videos and signatures before the card is delivered.
Is my first card free?
Yes. Your first card is free for up to five distinct signers, with no payment details required. It includes the same core creative tools and scheduled delivery.
Do I need a subscription?
No. GreetingHQ has no subscription. When you need more cards, you can buy a single card credit or a pack of credits. Purchased credits do not expire.
Do contributors need a GreetingHQ account?
No. Contributors can open the signing link and add their message without creating an account. The organiser should share the signing link only with the intended people.
What can people add to a card?
Contributors can add written messages, photos, GIFs, stickers, videos, styled text, signatures and emojis. The available space is arranged across the card pages.
Can I choose my own card cover?
Yes. You can choose an approved GreetingHQ cover, upload a design you have permission to use, or use the built-in AI design tool within its concept and revision limits.
Can I schedule delivery?
Yes. The organiser can schedule the card for the right date and time or mark it as delivered manually. Once delivered, the cover and card content are locked against further editing.
Does GreetingHQ work for organisations?
Yes. Organisation accounts let authorised members create and manage cards, use shared card credits and access organisation designs while keeping private personal designs separate.
How can I get help?
Use the GreetingHQ contact page for help with an account, billing, a card or a contributor invitation. Include enough detail for the team to identify the issue, but do not send passwords or payment-card details.
